Meet the Team

Christopher Woodrum brings over 25 years of experience in real estate to his role founding Kyra Residential. Christopher has experience across a wide array of the real estate landscape including property management, development and acquisitions in multiple property sectors and markets.

Prior to launching Kyra, Christopher served as a senior investment banker and advisor, accumulating over $20 billion in transaction experience across securities offerings, M&A, and private capital raises. Christopher holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.A. in Economics from Sewanee.
